Announcements

This Thursday, everyone in the show except Mice, Mouselets and Ginger Candies will watch the video of the run through. This is mandatory! You must watch the video to perform. If you are a mouse and another part, you still need to be here. If you are only a Mouse, Mouselet, or Ginger Candy, you may watch the video if you want, but it is not required.

On December 14th, there will be a street faire. Several streets will be closed off, and parking will be very difficult. Leave extra early so you can get to class and the show on time. It is your responsibility to plan ahead. DO NOT BE LATE!

Good news! We have a few tickets left for the Saturday show at 2:00. If you would like to purchase extra tickets (for this show only), please contact Lisa Basile at lisabasile22@hotmail.com. Tickets are first come, first served. Payment is by cash or check (made out to Ballet California) to Jamie in the office. Tickets are $10.

Please remember that cell phones are not allowed in the wings. Put them away during the show or they will be confiscated.

If you have been working on costuming or other volunteering that required spending, please make sure to turn in all receipts to your committee head by this Thursday, December 11th at the absolute latest.

We will video and photograph the show. These videos and photos will be made available for free. There is no other photography or videography allowed during the show.

The shows have limited seating. As seats are not assigned, the earlier you get in line, the better seats you will get. There are no reserved seats, except for our greenery winners, so come early. The doors will open 20 minutes before each show. You may not save seats for people who are not there yet.

6:00 Watch video of the Tech Rehearsal run-through. This is mandatory for everyone except Mice, Mouselets and Gingerbread Candies. If you are a mouse or Gingerbread Candy and another part, you still need to be here. Everyone takes class before this video, as we may work on some stuff after watching. 

Friday, December 12

Saturday, December 13 - Everyone takes class today, even if it's not your usual day. If you don't warm up, you don't perform.

1:00 Call time at studio. Everyone must be signed in by this time. Bring your lunch & dinner - you may not go out of the studio to get it.

1:40 House opens (House is the theatre word for audience seating area) This means the building will open to the audience at this time. 

2:00 - 3:15ish Performance
